Roccia Viva extra virgin olive oil is organically grown in Napa Valley at the historic Bay View Farms site in Soda Canyon. Felix Borreo originally cultivated this land over a century ago, planting vineyards along with olive and other fruit trees.

Many of Borreo's original olive trees remain on the property, where they have prospered on their own for decades. 

​We have also planted some olive trees of our own on the property. Our organic extra virgin olive oil is pressed primarily from these newer trees. They are a blend of the Tuscan olive varieties Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino and Maurino with lesser amounts of Coratina, Moraiolo and Itrana.
